Salient Features:

We manufacture Circular Polarized Quadrifilar Helix Antenna for 137 MHz and 380-430 MHz frequency band.

These  Antenna are designed to operate in UHF satellite band. Due to the hemispherical shape of beam-width this antenna is also known as hemispherical antenna. These Antenna are ideal for amateur satellite communications and GPS tracking. The Antennas are light weight, Broadband and Rugged Helix Antennas, supplied with fiberglass radome to protect the antenna from environment. For wide bandwidth operation with a low VSWR , the matching section is used at the top of helix antenna structure. N-Female connector is mounted at the end of the Antenna for easy feed connectivity. Both, Right Hand Circular Polarized (RHCP) and Left Hand Circular Polarized (LHCP) models are available for each model. Rust proof Stainless Steel mounting hardware is supplied with these circular Polarized Quadrifilar Antennas. Our Circular Polarized Antenna body structure is made up of fiberglass radome, copper, stainless steel and aluminium alloy. Fiberglass has excellent Radio Signal transparency property and it has high strength Robust structure to survive in all bad weather conditions. On client request we also provide polish coat for extra smoother finishing of radome surface. The polish coating on radome makes the fiberglass surface smoother. The smooth surface does not allow bulk ice formation and it can sever very windy weather conditions. The SQFH400G5 fiberglass Circular Polarized Quadrifilar Helix Antenna consists copper as radiating material which offer least resistance for RF current flow. Our Fiber glass Circular Polarized Quadrifilar Helix Antennas are light in weight and easy to install on antenna mast or pole. Fiberglass Circular Polarized Quadrifilar  Antenna provide excellent solution for analogue and digital satellite communication systems. Due to its large beam-width these  antennas are best for GPS navigation communication system.  Antenna large beam-width helps in detecting a very small strength signal present near its range without any alignment. Mostly these antennas are mounted in Vertical(180°) direction for satellite communication. Fiberglass Circular Polarized Quadrifilar  Antenna is very easy to install even a single person can mount them on a high-height antenna tower or mast.

Fabrication:

Radiating elements are made of high quality copper material. A matching circuit is used to provide smooth VSWR over entire UHF satellite band. Four Copper wires/pipes are wrapped circularly with uniform gap between each other for smooth radiation pattern and large beam-width angle. The radome cover is made of Fiber glass. It reduces the wind load and do not allow ice formation on  Antenna body. Helix antenna comes with full mounting kit. All the screws, nuts and bolts of circular polarized quadrifilar antenna are of stainless steel.
